Apricot Buns

All you need is..........

White flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Yeast - 1 tsp
Warm milk - 1/2 cup
Butter - 2 tblspn
Raw sugar - 1 tblspn
Dry Apricot - 1/2 cup (chopped)
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp


Get going..........

  1. Proof yeast in warm milk mixed with sugar.
  2. In a bowl take flour and salt. Add butter and vanilla to this. Now add in the yeast and prepare a soft dough.
  3. When the dough becomes pliable add in the apricots and mix well until they start falling apart from the dough. Stop kneading.
  4. Place dough in an oiled bowl and cover with cling wrap. Let it rest until it doubles in volume.
  5. Then knock down the air. Divide it into portions. Roll each and place it in a baking tray. Allow it for the second rise.
  6. Bake in a pre-heated oven for about 20 mins until its golden brown on the top.

Slice and have it warm with nutella spread!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
