Methi Chapathi




All you need is..........

Dry Methi leaves - 2 tblspn
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Salt and Warm water as needed



Get Started...........

  1. Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl along with salt and methi leaves.
  2. Add warm water little by little and knead it into a soft dough.
  3. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Divide it into equal sized balls and roll it out.
  5. Heat a tawa and get them cooked until you get brown spots on both the sides.
Serve it hot with raitha or curry of your choice.
